Beyond the dream: Martin Luther King, Jr., 50 years after his death

The Center for American Studies has been glad to host you to the conference: “Beyond the dream: Martin Luther King, Jr., 50 years after his death” in occasion of the anniversary of the murdering of MLK.

The event, scheduled for Wednesday 4th April at the Center for American Studies, has seen the participation of:

Prof. Paolo Naso (Sapienza University of Rome) – (MLK’s non-violence: theory and methods)

Prof. Leonardo Campus (PhD Sapienza University of Rome-Rai Storia) – (A letter  to the President: MLK, JFK and foreign affairs)

Prof. Alessandro Portelli (Sapienza University of Roma)- (MLK and MalcolmX: a comparison)

Prof. Amoreno Martellini (University of Urbino) – (MLK’s death in the context of 1968 protests)
